SilverCaribe is structured around three interlocking components, we call pillars, that together create a vibrant support system for innovation, inclusion, and intergenerational growth.

These pillars include: (1) Silver Economy Education & Community Workshops, (2) the SilverCaribe Accelerator, and (3) the Insight Mentorship Program engaging the expatriate community.

Each pillar has been designed to serve different but complementary roles in nurturing an inclusive ecosystem. The workshops provide foundational education and awareness about aging-related challenges and business opportunities; the accelerator offers targeted resources for entrepreneurs addressing these challenges; and the mentorship program leverages global expertise from retired and experienced professionals living in The Bahamas.

Together, these  form the foundation of a holistic ecosystem that drives social impact, sustainable entrepreneurship, and policy awareness. By embedding these interventions over a three-year timeline, we are helping to ensure continuity, deepen impact, and seed long-term systems change.
