The Insight Mentorship Program is one of the most exciting components of SilverCaribe. It taps into the wealth of knowledge from experienced professionals, particularly retirees and expatriates residing in The Bahamas. Mentors are paired with entrepreneurs to provide guidance, support, and sector expertise. Beyond 1-on-1 sessions, the program includes themed roundtables, virtual office hours, and cohort-specific interventions.
