SilverCaribe is a regional initiative that responds to the increasing importance of the Silver Economy in The Bahamas and across the Caribbean. Built by Arrowlynk Ventures, this program aims to enable older adults to thrive as both contributors to and beneficiaries of inclusive economic development.
The project recognizes the tremendous value in the skills, knowledge, and life experience of older adults. At the same time, it acknowledges the systemic barriers they face in employment, entrepreneurship, healthcare access, and technology. SilverCaribe addresses these barriers through education, business development, and strategic ecosystem-building.
This initiative is grounded in rigorous research and informed by successful models in Uruguay, Chile, and other global contexts. But its execution is entirely local—built by Caribbean stakeholders for Caribbean communities. Whether it’s through direct training, startup investment, or mentorship engagement, every activity is designed to create lasting systems of opportunity.
